I don't work there, but I know they do sell gift cards.
I don't work there, so I can't answer for them. All I can say is that I have always been treated well and the food was good.
Great atmosphere. Extraordinary food. Wonderful wait staff.Went in for some late dinner. Had the macadamia crusted sole. The salad was amazing! The bread was wonderful. The vegetables were yummy. The baked potato was perfect and the macadamia crusted sole was OFF THE CHARTS good. Got a gift certificate for someone because that's the best gift I could think of! Interesting combination of perfection and a relaxed atmosphere.
No mask. No entry. No people who have lung disease or other medical issues welcomed.
I loved my experience here ......super good food ,the clam chowder is fantastic, and the couple of times I've been here ,the service was outstanding
Great food, service was fast and efficient. Prices are great for the quality and portions you receive. I tried the Bay City Salmon with stuffed crab slathered in lobster cream. Another reason I'm rating 5 stars is because of our server Brandon being so exceptional. He has a great attitude, sense of humor, and is a quick conversationalist making my table feel appreciated, and giving us privacy at the same time. Absolutely recommend.
Stop by when im in town. It is what it is. Never been disappointed
Lovely Thanksgiving Dinner! Very friendly server. We weren't made to feel rushed. Great food. Nice not to have to cook. Thanks.
Food is awesome, service no so!!! Slaw not, chowder and everything else to die for!!!
No wait for lunch, got seated quickly & server was very polite & attentive. Food was delicious as usual. Always love the atmosphere since I was a small child. I'll forever & always be a McGrath's customer!
Good atmosphere. I ordered Dungeness crab dinner and when it came out it was cold!! The legs were a little warm toward the ends but it was awful. There was water pouring out when I cracked the least cold leg. I told the waitress and she took them to be warmed. When they came back they were completely different ones and they were perfect!! Complete night and day, nice and hot, not pouring liquid when I cracked them. Like they were from a completely different place. I liked the cheesecake as well. I would go back for sure. And the waitres was sweet 🙂
Service wad EXTREMELY slow and not many occupied tables. We arrived at 6 pm and didn't leave until 8:30 pm. Food was good but only luke warm.
Great friendly service. Their cole slaw is to die for...Great sourdough bread. Large selection of fish cooked many different ways. Always tasty always pleased.
FANTASTIC FOOD AND SERVICE! My husband and I are used to great seafood and we are so impressed that we have a seafood place in Boise! WE WILL be back to try more items on the menu.
I think that what I like the most about this place is on the outside he's appealing and so you go in obviously cuz it appealed to you and you expect something always but when I went in I was expecting good I got great it was beautiful in their totally different side for the bar at the narrows restaurant and everybody there is really happy and smiling and our food right out and very timely manner
Nice and clean place. Doesnt smell fishy at all. Had a mixed plate. Tasted good. Friendly staff. Most tables and seats are fastend at the floor.
Food took a very long time to arrive, even with restaurant at 30% capacity. Pasta sauce was watered down and flavorless, kids pizza looked like it was microwaved, server had a bad attitude. Restaurant was clean that's the only positive I can think of.
Waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was warm and delicious. Well seasoned food.
Glad to see that these places are still open! Great place to eat real Pacific Northwest seafood styled dishes. Very fresh and ever changing menu options!! Don't close the fish House down you dirty buggers. You took Utah's fish houses away and I will forget be mad at you for this... But your crab and shrimp options up in Boise have made me forgive you slightly.
Food took awhile to come out but it was definitely worth the wait! The food was delicious and my goodness the strawberry lemonade if you havent tried it you definitely need to! It is to die for! And thier fisherman's platter is equally exceptional! Thank you for the delicious meal!
Good food and service. It took alittle long to get our food but it was hot and tasted good.
Very good and great ambiance. Prices reasonable. I'm very picky about fish having grown up with commercial fishing which is why I didn't give 5 stars. Good sicial distancing and sanitation practices
Waiter was so slow. Manager brought him to the table to appoligize, while she kissed his cheek. Awkward. When I asked the people in the next table if it is always like this, they said yes. I don't know why they are crowded, I guess people in Boise don't understand bad service. With all the places to eat, why settle for that. The food wasn't worth the frustration. Steak cold, shrimp not peeled, pasta hard on top... Alfredo sauce good though, but can't go back. Gal at our hotel says she doesn't hear good things from guests that go. I would pass if I were you.
We met a really nice older couple there and had a very nice pleasant meal and laugh a lot
Better than red lobster. But let's be real. We are too far inland for truly good seafood
There was great 80s music playing. The food is amazing and as it is the service. I recommend McGraths and day.
The McGrath's in Federal Way could have been saved if they would have cleaned, sticky dirty, tables floors walls etc.. Did not see the kitchen,. We go to McGrath's in other locations and always wonder why management was not changed during the time it was in FedWay WA. Sad stuff. I don't think it would have closed. Just my opinion.
Expected better food!! Too much battered fried seafood. Halibut would've been much better just fillet shrimp would've been better on skewers. I Had the captain's platter.the kids Mac n cheese was runny with the shredded cheese on top. the clam chowder taste more like potato soup. the salad was fresh and delicious. overall I was very disappointed. I expected better seafood from a fish house.
Most of the time it's great, ordered the captain's platter the other day and it's all breaded and deep fried. Spent the dinner picking off the bread and forcing myself to eat it due to the cost of it. Maybe fix this platter to be a little bit more healthier. Still love this place and eat here often and will ask info on future plates.
Dining room open again! Same great seafood offerings, bar service, and wait staff.
Got the wrong appetizer. Ordered the 3 piece fish and chips got the 4 piece. Of course charged for the higher price. Fish was cool and fries were soggy. Taste was good, and fixed the price on the appetizers but have to say I think they are starting to price gouge their customers. We probably won't be going back.
This was a fun place! Wasn't super hungry when I got there so I decided to get a sampler of appetizers? Wow, they were outstanding!!! Waitress was fantastic and full of hell! I love it when my waitress gives my cousin hell✌ If your in Boise this is the place to be for seafood it was fantastic!
The food was really good. The place is big with historical photos. Two works ago I learned that I have to be gluten free. They have I gluten free menu and the waitress had lots of advise about avoiding gluten.
Place is reminiscent of its surrounding businesses. It’s tired and worn out. This restaurant has decent food at not decent prices and it feels like the geriatric late Sunday morning crowd even on a Saturday at 7.
McGrath’s⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️For dinner tonight, I got a Dungeoness Crab Louie Salad with shrimp added on from McGrath’s in Boise. You can’t see it because it’s hidden beneath the crab but this salad includes hard-boiled eggs, black olives, cucumbers and tomatoes. The Louie salad dressing came on the side. The salad came with fresh baked sourdough bread and butter. The salad was $22.99 before adding on the shrimp which was $1.99. The cook was confused by the ticket and gave me double the amount of shrimp for the same price. So I got 4 ounces of Dungeoness crab and 4 ounces of shrimp for that price. My lucky day! McGrath’s is a small chain restaurant. Their first restaurant was in Salem, Oregon in 1980. They eventually expanded to 21 locations; today they have 5. They do dining and take out. If you like seafood, I would encourage you to give them a try. They do a great job!
Very nice atmosphere, servers were very friendly. Food was good and fresh.
Love love love this place! The flavors, the choices, customer service, the atmosphere! It all combines to make an enjoyable experience...
The fish was amazing, cooked to perfection and the batter was spot on!!! The clams and scallops almosted melted in my mouth. The Boo Koo IPA paired perfectly with the fish and chips. Notz was so polite and friendly
Good food, excellent salads and chowder. Lobster was wood fired or something. Good birthday place.
Awesome ppl, really good food. Definitely not for those on a tight budget but worth every penny.
We really enjoyed our dinner. Our server was super nice and the food was so good.
Great service! The shrimp louie salad is fantastic! The vegetables were cooked perfectly. The trout was not good. They must be better at fried fish, than fresh, because it was busy. It's a shame about the trout, because it's almost the same price as Bardenay and Bonefish, which are far superior.
Love how they accommodate everyone. New menu and tasty food!!! We shared appetizer, and the daily special AND both got desserts all around $40!!! Will be back soon!!!
Ordered the Captain's Platter and it did not disappoint. Great tasting food along great friendly service. I ordered for pick up but will definitely dine in next time in town!
Such a great evening! Quiet and restful atmosphere (no TVs!!!) that promoted a slow and thoroughly enjoyed dining experience. The lobster/ crab/ fish/ mushroom dish was delicious - even though we asked for it without the lobster sauce. And Jeanette was top notch in serving and taking care of us. We will definitely return!
We're from out of town, stopped in late for dinner and was pleasantly surprised! Plenty of seating, very friendly & helpful wait staff and the food was awesome! Prices were much lower than I expected for a seafood/steakhouse. Will definitely be back!
Amazing!!!! We came in late not knowing they were closing soon, and they were STILL so nice and accommodating. Our server always made sure we were taken care of & super nice. Its hard to find a good restaurant (Especially fish) in this city that have servers who you can tell enjoytheir jobs. I highly recommend.
They have the best salads. You get a lot of food
Service initially had a few issues which were quickly addressed, and the manager went out of her way to ensure that the rest of our experience was good. The food was very good and the 4 course meal is a value that is worth checking out. Good quality fish prepared well and served hot and full of flavor, accompanied by decent side dish options and a good selection of appetizers. Definitely will return in the future!
We have been here multiple times and the mist recent experience was not the best. It looks like it was a great place at one time, but the food has not been great the last two times. There is never a wait and maybe that is the clue that the other locals are not coming in as often any more.
Felt very safe, we sat very far apart from other diners, and all staff wore masks and gloves and the food was terrific.
Service was a little spotty, but over all the food was well worth the price. I had the seafood Astoria. Well balanced and very tasty
